Reasons to be grateful!

Gratitude is one of my Happiness Habits that works it's magic even when things seem dark and stormy in my life! Here are some big reasons I'm choosing to be grateful today...

  • My cardiologist found no evidence of my sarcoidosis returning and the echocardiogram showed my heart structure is healthy and normal

  • The heart monitor I wore for two weeks showed my heart accelerates to over 178 bpm when I have an episode, BUT I only need to take low-dose beta blockers (for now) to manage the atrial fibrillation rather than having a pacemaker fitted

  • In all other ways I'm healthy, fit and starting my next progressive strength phase with my coach

  • I’ve got a new phone so I can start taking photos and doing videos again - yay

  • Watch this space because there’s an announcement coming soon about the 2nd edition of my book - crazy excited!
