How my life overhaul led to a happiness transformation

I’m crazy passionate about writing, creating and using the right habits to build a routine that serves US. But friends, it wasn’t an easy ride to get here.

Back in 2009, I had reached rock bottom.

After successful careers in PR, marketing and online business, working with major corporations and handling big budgets, I found myself an ex-pat in China, trying to cope with traumatic birth and a premature baby daughter.

Looking in the mirror, I literally didn’t recognise myself.

Only when I was diagnosed with Post Natal Depression did my own journey back to ME begin, training with some of the UK’s top life coaches and developing my happiness habits daily routine (that I wrote about in my book, The Happiness Habits Transformation) and my coaching practice, which I ran for over six years.

And now, having closed my business and come full circle in my fifties back to my childhood passion, I’m now an author of a non-fiction book and Rescue Quest, a middle grade adventure series, with a new adult series on the way in 2025.
