How my life overhaul led to a happiness transformation
I’m crazy passionate about using the right habits to build a routine that serves US. But friends, it wasn’t an easy ride to get here.
Back in 2009, I had reached rock bottom.
After successful careers in PR, marketing and online business, working with major corporations and handling big budgets, I found myself an ex-pat in China, trying to cope with traumatic birth and a premature baby daughter.
Looking in the mirror, I literally didn’t recognise the woman looking back at me.
Only when I was diagnosed with Post Natal Depression did my own journey back to success begin, training with some of the UK’s top life coaches and developing my happiness habits daily routine (learn more in my book, The Happiness Habits Transformation) and my coaching practice, which I ran for over six years.
